Day 01 / Arrival at Delhi You will be warmly greeted by our tour representative at the Delhi airport on your arrival and later your transfer arrangement will be made to check in to the hotel for overnight stay. Night stay in Delhi. Day 02 / Full Day sightseeing of Delhi Check out from hotel after the morning breakfast and enjoy sightseeing tour of Delhi. Here you will get chance to explore the age old charm of this metropolitan city in Old Delhi by seeing the Chandni Chowck area and Lal Quila (Red Fort). You will also visit some popular tourist spots of the city such as Jama Masjid - the largest mosque in India, Rajghat (cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi), Humayun's Tomb, the Qutub Minar, India Gate, Parliament House, Lotus temple, Lakshminarayan Temple, newly built Akshardham Temple and the President's Residence. Return back to hotel in evening for overnight stay in Delhi. Night stay in Delhi. Day 03 Delhi - Agra - Jaipur (Delhi- Agra by train and Agra-Jaipur by car) En-route visiting Fatehpur Sikri To board an early morning super fast air-conditioned train to Agra, you will be drive to New Delhi railway station. Departure of train is at 06:15 AM. You will get morning breakfast in the train. You will arrive in Agra by 8: 15 AM. Enjoy visiting the Mughal city of Agra where you will see amazing Taj Mahal - a symbol of undying love, which is also considered as world's wonder. You will also visit other historical monuments such as Agra Fort and Akbar's Tomb in Sikandra. Afternoon proceed to Jaipur, en-route visiting the Fatehpur Sikri- built by great Mughal ruler Akbar as his capital. This deserted city houses many historical monuments which include amazing Bulund Darwaza - the largest gateway in the world, and the Tomb of Sheikh Salim Chisti, a renowned Sufi saint of India. Continue your journey to Jaipur. Check in to the hotel on arrival at Jaipur in late evening. Night stay in Jaipur. Day 04/ Full Day Jaipur sightseeing After the morning breakfast, enjoy the full day sightseeing of bright and romantic Jaipur by exploring the pink city of Jaipur where you will see three major forts of Jaipur namely- the Amber fort, the Jaigarh fort and the Nahargarh fort. Enjoy riding on elephants at the premises of majestic Amer fort. You will also enjoy seeing some other charming monuments of Jaipur such as the Hawa Mahal- Palace of winds, the City Square & Palace, and Albert hall museum. The Hawa Mahal has more than 900 windows, which is encrusted with delicate screens and carved balconies from which the royal ladies, confined to their quarters, were taking views of the outside world. Evening of Jaipur is quite charming & you will enjoy much to feel it. Return back to the hotel at night for overnight stay. Night stay in Jaipur. Day 05/ Jaipur-Delhi (By train Dep. 1745 Hrs Arr. 2230 Hrs) After the morning breakfast, enjoy exploring other attractions of Jaipur by seeing the Jai Singh's observatory, where time has been accurately measured since the 17th century. You can also get enjoy by seeing various traditional Rajasthani dances, puppet show and various other attractive cultural activities. Take an elephant ride in the fort area, which will give you a royal experience of visit of this majestic city. You can also explore various markets of Jaipur such as Jauhari Bazaar, Nehru Bazaar, Bapu Bazaar and Chaupar Stalls to get Rajasthani handicrafts. Evening transfer to Jaipur railway station to board the air conditioned train to Delhi. Dinner will be served in the train. Arrive Delhi & transfer to hotel for overnight stay. Night stay in Delhi. Day 06 / Delhi -Shimla (By Road) Take Morning Breakfast and then our representative will drive you to Shimla-a popular hill station in India. Check in to the hotel on arrival at Shimla for overnight stay. Night stay in Shimla. Day 07 /Shimla Take morning breakfast and explore Shimla by visiting Kalbadevi Temple, Jakhu Temple and Hanuman Temple. Relax in the lap of nature and take a glimpse of beautiful hill town. It was the summer capital during the British rule in India and they coined the term "queen of the hill" for Shimla. You will also visit Mall Road area, Christ Church (second oldest church in Northern India), Jakhu Hill (highest point of this hill) and Shimla State Museum. Return back to the hotel at night for overnight stay. Night stay in Shimla. Day 08/Shimla- Kufri (30 Minutes Drive) - Shimla Take morning breakfast and be ready to drive to Kufri-a famous excursion of Shimla (16 kms). Here you will get close interaction with natural beauty and will see dense forest and snow caped mountains. This is the Himalayan Forest region where you will see rich flora and fauna, which includes Tibetan wolf, Brown Bear and Barking Deer. Visiting Kufri would be your adventure trip as well. Return back to Shimla in evening for overnight stay. Night stay in Shimla. Day 09/ Shimla - Delhi (Departure) Check out from hotel after morning breakfast. Later, our tours representative will drive you back to Delhi. On arrival at Delhi, your transfer arrangement will be made to Delhi airport to get connecting flight to board your return flight back to your own destination.
